DURHAM, N.C. (WNCN) – Building is set to begin in the coming months on two new inexpensive housing complexes at 300 and 500 E. Key in the coronary heart of downtown Durham.
Durham County will be changing two county-owned parking lots into economical housing complexes and county officials have chosen Laurel Street Household in Charlotte to create the complexes.
