AyalaLand Logistics Holdings Corp. said Wednesday it acquired a 55-hectare house in Padre Garcia, Batangas which it will develop into a technopark.
ALLHC explained in a disclosure to the inventory trade the newly-obtained land would deal with the developing demand for industrial estate in Southern Luzon. The industrial park will cater to mild, medium and non-polluting industries from each neighborhood and overseas marketplaces.
The residence is also becoming positioned to dwelling the long term ready-designed services and cold storage services of ALogis, the industrial leasing manufacturer ALLHC.
“We are seeking forward to even more energizing the municipality of Padre Garcia by bringing a lot more work possibilities for the communities in the province of Batangas and nearby localities,” ALLHC chief running officer Patrick Avila said.
“The acquisition is a strategic move that furthers ALLHC’s goal of setting up nationwide footprint by increasing its existence is critical locations nationwide,” he said.
The planned Batangas technopark will be the fifth industrial estate owned and operated by ALLHC. It operates Laguna Technopark, Pampanga Technopark, Cavite Technopark and Laguindingan Technopark in Misamis Oriental.
This will also be the second property of ALLHC in Batangas soon after it obtained a 64,000-sq.-meter completely ready-to-make facility in Sto. Tomas, Batangas in February.
The freshly-acquired home is available from Manila by means of South Luzon Expressway, continuing on to Southern Tagalog Arterial Street. It is also an hour push from the Port of Batangas, an worldwide seaport serving as the alternate to the Port of Manila.
ALLHC previously received shareholders’ approval for the improve in the company’s licensed capital stock to P10 billion from P5 billion via the creation of P5 billion worth of desired shares.
The increase in the cash inventory will be used as funding resource for ALLHC’s enlargement projects and advancement plans.
