Decatur annexes land for new apartments

DECATUR, Ala. (WAFF) – On Monday, the Decatur City Council voted, 3-1, in favor of annexing nearly 15 acres of land that a property proprietor needs to use to create luxurious flats.

The assets developer Andy Villarreal claimed he was advised this is the fantastic house for residences.
