From a five bedroom detached home to a three bedroom terrace house, there’s plenty of variety on offer in Liverpool’s housing market at the moment.
While some homes are selling for millions of pounds, many homes are listed for auction for much, much cheaper.
In an upcoming Liverpool property auction, some of the homes are going under the hammer with a guide price of £25,000.

On Tuesday, September 14, Taylor James Auctions will be hosting a sale of houses across Merseyside.
The online auction will start at 8am and hopefuls will be able to bid on mid terrace fixer uppers, fully furnished semis and apartments.

One of the cheapest properties listed in the upcoming auctions is a three bedroom mid terrace house in Anfield.
Lot 1 has a guide price of £25,000 and is found on Newcombe Street, off Breck Road.

The property is made up of two reception rooms, and a kitchen/diner on the ground floor. On the second floor are three bedrooms and a family bathroom.
It also boasts a back yard and has a basement that can be renovated along with the rest of the property.

The period house is on Grey Road, off Rice Lane, and benefits from being close to handy public transport links and local shops.
With a guide price of £50,000, the property is cheaper than the average five bedroom house in the area.
The home is in need of extensive refurbishment throughout but is described as having ‘potential’ to be a family home or flat for those wishing to become a tenant.

While it needs renovation work, the property boasts many original period features that could be retained.

Images inside the property show that it is spread across three floors and features a grand central staircase and hallway. There’s a front garden with two mature trees and a larger back garden, with further potential for development.
Other Merseyside properties listed and ready to go under the hammer include two flats on Upper Parliament Street with a starting price of £5,000 each, a three bedroom semi on Moor Drive for £140,000 and a three bedroom mid terrace on Tattersall Road for £33,000 guide price.
