Las Vegas real estate agent attacked at model home, police say

LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5/Gray News) – A genuine estate agent was attacked soon after the suspect entered product household she was demonstrating, in accordance to an arrest report by the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police.
Suspect Richy Cervantes, faces prices of home invasion, attempted sexual assault, lewdness, battery, and kidnapping soon after the incident on July 11 at an undisclosed neighborhood.
In accordance to law enforcement, a real estate agent was working at a model property and demonstrating the home to likely customers.
The agent said a man was going for walks close to the design dwelling acting suspicious and unlocking windows within the dwelling.
After the person left, the real estate agent locked the entrance doorway and home windows of the product home in advance of calling law enforcement and reporting the suspicious man, the report explained.
The agent proceeded to call a coworker to explain the scenario and questioned them to sign up for her on internet site.
Though the agent was on the telephone with her coworker, the suspect returned to the property and attempted to enter again inside the design household.
The woman hid in a closet and stayed on the cellular phone with her coworker.
The suspect broke a window, entered into the dwelling and observed the target hiding.
The genuine estate agent claimed the gentleman dragged her out of the closet and pinned her down. The person proceeded to make threatening remarks toward her right before executing a lewd act, in accordance to authorities.
Police used a sledgehammer to bust open the entrance door and arrest the suspect.
In accordance to court data, Cervantes is getting held without having bail. His upcoming courtroom hearing is set for July 19.
Las Vegas law enforcement are investigating additional victims of Cervantes.
Richy Cervantes (32) is now in CCDC for sexually assaulting two women of all ages. The victims ended up not regarded to Cervantes & detectives feel there may be other victims.
