The Valley Transportation Authority Board of Directors on Aug. 5 voted to postpone its research for a developer that would assemble a housing project at the Gilroy Transit Heart. The decision came a number of days just after a the vast majority of the Gilroy City Council requested such a delay to give metropolis officials
